PAYMENT
The following payment methods are available: Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

SHIPPING
Shipping is handled by our logistics partner DHL. During periods of exceptionally high demand, delivery times may vary. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

  • Germany – free of charge – 2–3 business days
  • Austria – free of charge – 2–3 business days
  • Netherlands – €4.90 – 2–3 business days
  • Belgium – €4.90 – 2–3 business days
  • Luxembourg – €4.90 – 2–3 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel. You can check the shipment status via the link provided in the email after one to two hours.

INVOICE DELIVERY
You will receive your invoice in a separate email after the shipping confirmation.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it free of charge within 14 days from the invoice date.

Please follow the steps below:

Step 1
Ensure that the items are in their original condition.

Step 2
To create your prepaid return label, please register your return in our digital returns portal at www.cambio.de/returns. You may choose to print the DHL label or save the QR code on your smartphone.

Step 3
Please also complete the enclosed return form. Place the items together with the completed return form in the original box and seal it securely.

Step 4
If you chose to print the DHL return label, attach it clearly visible to the parcel. Drop off the package at a post office, DHL parcel shop, or DHL Packstation.

Step 5
If you chose the QR code option, present it at a German post office, DHL parcel shop, or DHL Packstation. DHL will print the label for you.

Step 6
Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation. After successful processing, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Only one prepaid return label is available per order. Please return all items in one parcel.
  • Returns can only be sent using DHL.
  • We only accept returns from the original country of delivery. If the return is not sent from Germany, it will unfortunately not be free of charge (import and delivery fees will be at your expense).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing your return and refund may take up to 14 days.

EXCHANGES
Please note that exchanges are currently not possible. Kindly return your order and place a new order in the CAMBIO online shop.

CANCELLATION (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you have the following options:

1. WITHDRAWAL BY RETURN
Your withdrawal is automatically effected if you return the items within 14 days of receipt as described above.

2. WRITTEN NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
After receiving your items, you have 14 days to submit your withdrawal in writing by email. After notifying us, please return the items within 14 days.
