Your tasks

  • Time management administration
  • Setting up and maintaining digital personnel files
  • Taking over administrative tasks in human resources
  • Processing and maintenance of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
  • Participation in the introduction of new projects
  • Supporting the department management in daily work processes

your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
  • First professional experience desirable
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Affinity to numbers and conscientiousness
  • Independent working style and organizational strength
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment and initiative
