General terms and conditions of sale
1.Scope of Application
The following terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed in our online store. Our online store is exclusively intended for consumers.
A “consumer” is defined as “any natural person who acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft, or professional activity.” An “enterprise” is defined as “any natural or legal person pursuing a lasting economic purpose, including its associations.”
2. Contractual Partners, Conclusion of the Contract, and Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with CHANGE Sportswear GmbH & Co. KG.
By presenting a product in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a sales contract for that product. You may initially place products in the shopping cart without obligation and, at any time before submitting your binding order, correct the entered information using the tools provided during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you click the order button, thereby accepting the offer for the products in the shopping cart. You will receive confirmation by email immediately after the order is sent.
3. Contract Language(s) and Storage of the Contract Text
The available language(s) for concluding the contract are: German, English.
We store the text of the contract and send you, by email, the details of your order as well as our T&Cs. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online.

Please note that the description of the relevant product constitutes an essential part of the contract.
4.2 Product Images
Without prejudice to your statutory warranty rights, we would like to draw your attention to the following special features. In case of uncertainty, please contact us.
Due to individual screen configurations (e.g., resolution and brightness), slight differences between the displayed colors and the actual product colors may occur.
5. Delivery Conditions
5.1 Delivery Area
We deliver within Belgium.
5.2 Delivery Costs
In addition to the stated product prices, delivery costs of €4.90 apply for standard delivery.
5.3 Delivery Options
We send products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
All orders are shipped. You do not have the option to pick up your order directly from our premises.
Products offered on our website cannot be delivered to parcel lockers.
6. Payment
6.1 Prices
The applicable prices are those stated at the time of ordering. These are total prices including VAT.
6.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our store:
Credit Card
During the order process, you enter your credit card information. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after you confirm the order. Further instructions are provided during the ordering process.
PayPal may select customers according to its own criteria and offer them additional payment options in their customer account. We have no influence on the offering of these options; any additional payment options offered individually fall under your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Further instructions are provided during the ordering process.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple, have activated Apple Pay, identify yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Further instructions are provided during the ordering process.

Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been made. -
Damage During Transport
If goods are delivered to you with visible damage caused during transport, please make a claim for the defects as soon as possible with the carrier and contact us without delay. Failure to make a claim or contact us does not affect your legal rights and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, it helps us assert our own rights against the carrier or the transport insurance. -
Warranties and Conformity
Statutory warranty law applies, including the legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Articles 1649bis to 1649octies of the Civil Code, subject to the provision for second-hand goods below.
For second-hand goods, the conformity warranty period is one year from the delivery of the goods.

10. Liability
Our liability is always unlimited for damages caused by us, our employees, or agents:

in the event of harm to life, body, or health;

in the case of gross negligence or intentional fault;

where specifically agreed guarantees exist; or

to the extent that the provisions of the Product Liability Act apply.
In case of a breach of essential contractual obligations, whose fulfillment is indispensable for the execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner relies (essential obligations), due to our slight negligence or that of our employees or agents, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage at the time of contract conclusion, the occurrence of which is typical. Except in the aforementioned cases, our liability is excluded.

12. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
