Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (CHANGE Sportswear GmbH & Co. KG, Industriestraße 2a, 93192 Wald/Rossbach, Deutschland, customerservice-be@cambio.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory.

You can also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement on our website customerservice-be@cambio.de. If you use this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you. We may defer a refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us or to PVS Fulfillment Service GmbH (Werner-Haas-Str. 5, 74172 Neckarsulm, Deutschland) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. We will cover the cost of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will provide you with free return labels for the return of goods. If you use these return labels, you will benefit from free returns. We will provide you with a link to obtain the return label. You can return the parcel to the relevant delivery service provider's collection point in Belgium.
