Notice of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CHANGE Sportswear GmbH & Co. KG, Industriestraße 2a, 93192 Wald/Rossbach, Germany, customerservice-at@cambio.de, ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not obligatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://cambio.de/apps/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will promptly provide you with an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or to PVS Fulfillment Service GmbH (Werner-Haas-Str. 5, 74172 Neckarsulm, Germany) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return Labels

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, free return labels will be provided for your return. If these return labels are used, the return shipment will be free of charge for you. A link to access the return label will be provided. You may hand in the return shipment at a parcel shop of the respective service provider in Austria.
