Sustainable at heart. Integrating sustainability into our daily work has been a matter of course for us since 1987. For more than 30 years, we have relied on long-standing, close partnerships with suppliers and producers and strive to keep our environmental impact as low as possible. This ecological and social responsibility is also reflected in our company headquarters: set within nature, sustainably designed, maximally transparent – and offering plenty of creative freedom.

Respectful to our planet. The success of our sustainable philosophy is demonstrated by our company’s GOTS certification. Around 90% of our materials come from Europe, with Italy being one of our key suppliers. Under Wear the Future, we design products that guarantee a range of sustainable components and processes:

Organic materials. We use sustainable outer fabrics made from organic cotton and hemp. Their cultivation avoids the use of pesticides and helps protect groundwater resources.

Sustainably washed. Compared to conventional methods, our sustainable washing and dyeing processes use up to 80% less water. Only biodegradable chemicals are used, and the water is purified and reused through an intelligent treatment cycle.

Certified with GOTS. The highest expression of our sustainability commitment: GOTS-certified products. They ensure a fully sustainable production chain, from raw materials and fabrics through to manufacturing. All information about the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) can be found here.

Transparent with vision. By consciously refraining from sourcing and manufacturing in low-wage countries, we commit to a maximally transparent value chain. We produce exclusively in Macedonia, Poland, Tunisia, and Turkey, and regularly verify compliance with our Code of Conduct on site. Our ambition is to continuously evolve in order to make CAMBIO Fashion even more sustainable and to minimize our environmental impact as much as possible.
