On the product pages, you can initially place our products in your shopping basket without obligation. You can correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. 3.1 Application of harmonised standards and technical specifications

Our online presence complies:


  • In parts with the Harmonised European Standard (EN) 301 549.

    EN 301 549, entitled “Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services”, is a European standard for digital accessibility.

  • In parts with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), version 2.1, achieving Level A and AA.

The WCAG are an international standard for accessible guidelines. They are developed and maintained by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the body responsible for standardising technologies on the internet. The aim of these guidelines is to create structures for digital services that enable access and use for everyone in the spirit of digital accessibility.

3.2 Supporting measures

Our website provides the following supporting measures:

  • Text has sufficient contrast against the background

  • Information is not conveyed by colour alone

  • Content can be enlarged up to 200% without layout issues

  • Images have alt text; logos have an ARIA label; decorative graphics do not have empty alt attributes

  • Videos do not start automatically and can be controlled via the keyboard

  • Animations are subtle and can be switched off

2. Operability


  • All functions can be used without a mouse

  • ARIA attributes such as aria-current are used correctly

  • Navigation is consistent and recurring content can be skipped

  • Menus can be operated using Enter, Esc and Space

3. Understandability


  • Texts are clear and easy to understand

  • Links have meaningful labels

  • Headings are logically structured; lists are correctly marked up

  • HTML5 structural elements such as header or main are used

  • Abbreviations and foreign quotations are explained or identified

  • Forms have recognisable labels, helpful error messages and clear mandatory field indicators

4. Robustness & Technology


  • The site works on all devices and screen sizes

  • Code is clean, with clear titles and correctly used elements

  • A warning with an option to extend appears after inactivity

  • Dynamic content such as prices is marked with aria-live and clearly separated

6. Arbitration body and procedure

There is an arbitration body at the Federal Government Commissioner for Matters Relating to Persons with Disabilities. The arbitration body’s task is to resolve disputes between people with disabilities and private economic operators of the federal government.

You can contact the arbitration body if you are not satisfied with the response received via the contact option mentioned above. The aim is not to determine winners or losers. Rather, the goal is to find a joint, out-of-court solution to a problem with the help of the arbitration body. The arbitration procedure is free of charge. You do not need legal representation.
