General Terms and Conditions
1. Applicability
The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders in our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.
A consumer is defined as a natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business. A trader is defined as a natural or legal person who acts in the exercise of a profession or business or someone acting on their behalf.
2. Contractual partners, conclusion of the contract
The purchase agreement is concluded with CHANGE Sportswear GmbH & Co. KG.
By presenting the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract regarding these items. You can first place the products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your choices at any time before placing your binding order by using the correction options provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button. Clicking the order button constitutes acceptance of the offer regarding the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail again.
3. Language of the contract and storage of the contract text
The available language(s) for concluding the contract is/are: German, English.
We store the text of the contract and send you the order details and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. For security reasons, you can no longer view your previous orders online.
4. Subject of the contract
4.1 Product description
Reference is made to the validity of the respective product description as an integral part of the contract.
4.2 Product images
Without prejudice to your statutory warranty rights, we would like to draw your attention to the following special features. Please contact us if anything is unclear:
Due to individual screen configurations (e.g., resolution and brightness), small deviations between the displayed and actual product colors are possible.
5. Delivery conditions
5.1 Delivery area
We deliver within the Netherlands.
5.2 Shipping costs
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs of 4.90 euros are added for standard shipping.
5.3 Delivery options
We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
We ship the goods; unfortunately, customer pick-up of the goods is not possible.
6. Payment
6.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.
6.2 Payment methods
The following payment methods are basically available in our shop:
Credit Card
You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card is debited immediately after you place your order.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is executed by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers, selected according to its own criteria, further payment options in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these options; further individually offered payment options affect your legal relationship with PayPal. More information can be found in your PayPal account.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is executed immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, identify yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is executed immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the withdrawal policy.
8. Damage during delivery
If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, you must, if possible, immediately notify the delivery person of this damage and contact us as soon as possible. If you do not complain or do not contact us, this has no effect on your statutory rights and their enforcement, especially with regard to your statutory warranty rights. However, you then help us assert our own rights against the carrier or transport insurance.
9. Warranties

The statutory warranty applies.
9.2 Additional warranties and customer service
Information on any additional warranties and the exact conditions that may apply can be found alongside the product or, if applicable, on the separate information pages in the online shop.

10. Liability
We are always fully liable for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or our agents
• in the event of injury to life, body, or health
• in cases of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
• for given guarantees, to the extent agreed
• insofar as the provisions of the Product Liability Act apply.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations by slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives, or legal agents, the amount of liability is limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, which must generally be expected.

12. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
