Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must send us (CHANGE Sportswear GmbH & Co. KG, Industriestraße 2a, 93192 Wald/Rossbach, Deutschland, customerservice-nl@cambio.de) via an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so.

You may also complete and send the model withdrawal form or any other clearly worded statement electronically via our website customerservice-nl@cambio.de. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to PVS Fulfillment Service GmbH (Werner-Haas-Str. 5, 74172 Neckarsulm, Deutschland) without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return labels

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, return labels will be provided free of charge for your return shipment. If these return labels are used, the return is free of charge for you. You can hand in the return shipment at a parcel service of the relevant provider in the Netherlands. There is a link to collect the return label.
