SHIPMENT
Shipping is carried out by our logistics partner DHL. There may be deviations during periods of above-average frequency. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel. You can check the shipment status after one to two hours via the link provided by e-mail.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of the invoice date.
Please note the following steps:
Step 1
Ensure that the goods are in their original condition.
Step 2
To create your pre-paid returns label, register the returned order in our digital returns portal, which you can access at www.cambio.de/returns or by scanning the QR code below. You can either print the DHL label or save the QR code on your smartphone.
Step 3
Fill out the enclosed returns form and put it in the original box together with the order. Seal the parcel securely.
Step 4
If you have printed the DHL returns label, attach it to the parcel where it can easily be seen. Drop off the parcel at a post office, a DHL parcel store or a DHL Packstation.
Step 5
If you have opted for the QR code, show it at a Deutsche Post branch, DHL parcel store or DHL Packstation. DHL will print the label for you.
Step 6
As soon as we have received the goods you have returned, we will send you a confirmation message. Once the process is successfully completed, the amount will be refunded to you using your original method of payment.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The right to return orders only applies to unworn, unwashed, flawless items from which no tags have been removed and which are in the original packaging.
You can only return orders using the shipping company DHL and only through the CAMBIO returns portal www.cambio.de/returns.
Only one returns label is available per order, so please return all items in one parcel.
We only accept returns from the respective country of delivery. If you are not returning an order from the same country in which you originally placed the order, this will not be free of charge unfortunately (you will have to pay the import duties and delivery fees).
Your refund will be credited using the original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your returned order and refund to be processed.
EXCHANGE:
We ask for your understanding that exchanges are currently not possible. Please return the order and place a new order in the CAMBIO online shop.
REVOCATION:
If you wish to revoke your contractual declaration, you have the following options:
1. DECLARATION OF CANCELLATION BY RETURN
Your cancellation will be automatic if you return the items within 14 days of receipt, as stated above.
2. WRITTEN OR TELEPHONE DECLARATION OF CANCELLATION
After receiving your items, you have 14 days to send us your cancellation notice either in writing by email or by telephone. After you have informed us, we ask you to return the items within 14 days.
